Returns

- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Warranty
- All EnduraLight products come with a 1-year warranty. If your product has any manufacturing defects, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost.

- Get instructions: We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
- Send your item: Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.
